Happy Chinese New Year 2016 for all Chinese friends all over the world. I live in a Chinese neighbourhood and the street I live in have only 2 Malay houses and 2 Indian houses, with the rest owned by Chinese families. Its kind of noisy since the eve of Chinese New Year. Everything is enveloped in red from the lanterns to the clothes. Yes! The red colour is sign of luck @ ong for Chinese culture. Fire crackers and sounds of drum beating from the lion dance troop are so loud and significant. Hope this year will bring better sunshine to all Malaysian and less conflict amongst us.
