Manual process is like a typewriter vs PC. Those who used to typewriter will tell you that they're comfortably using it, those who familiar with PC then switch to typewriter they will definitely fail, but God I need a PC and a good one, definitely not an "Olivetti" :) since how great my typists are still can't beat the simple Microsoft Office apps. Delivery is everything.
